What are you going to do:

With your passion for technology and people, you can make a real contribution to improve the mobility of people with a disability. Every day you are on your way to solve the problems of our customers. Sometimes you have to repair   flat tire, for others it could be solving a problem they have with their (electrical) scooter. You will be visiting customers of all ages, help them and also offer them a listening ear. You process all assignments in a system and if necessary you call in an advisor if customers e.g. need advice on how to use their devices.

As a Service Technician you can start at three different levels, A, B and C. If you have little experience, you will start as Mechanic C and dealing with, among other things, replacing tires and batteries. Within three months you can develop yourself to Mechanic B. If you start as a Mechanic A you will take on the more complicated tasks.

Who are you:

You are technically skilled, especially in the field of electrical engineering. Preferably you have experience in the health care home appliances sector, but if you, for example, do a lot of tinkering at home or have acquired technical (electrical) knowledge in another sector, we would also like to get in touch with you. In addition, you are customer-oriented, helpful and you are a good listener. You are flexible and can handle time pressure. You know how to identify the customer’s problem and come up with a solid solution. You are in the possession of drivers license B. Your command of the Dutch language is at level B2.

What is the offer:
