Our client is a bank with well over 3 million customers, They want to stand out by making a social impact on lives across the Netherlands. The organization was awarded the most customer-friendly bank in 2022. The Customer Administration Department employs approximately 40 colleagues.

Nature of work

  • You are responsible for handling service requests from our customers
  • Responsible for achieving the agreed objectives (your own and those of the department), such as lead times, accuracy and quality
  • Keeping work processes and quality controls up to date
  • Ongoing effort to improve services and processes

What we expect from you?

  • Living in or near Utrecht
  • Intermediate vocational education (MBO/HBO)
  • You are readily available
  • Knowledge of banking products/processes is an advantage
  • You have a WFT Basic diploma or are willing to obtain this diploma
  • Good understanding of the Dutch language
  • Contribution to a good team atmosphere
  • A pre-employment screening is part of the hiring process
