Our client is a bank with well over 3 million customers, They want to stand out by making a social impact on lives across the Netherlands. The organization was awarded the most customer-friendly bank in 2022. The Customer Administration Department employs approximately 40 colleagues.
Nature of work
- You are responsible for handling service requests from our customers
- Responsible for achieving the agreed objectives (your own and those of the department), such as lead times, accuracy and quality
- Keeping work processes and quality controls up to date
- Ongoing effort to improve services and processes
What we expect from you?
- Living in or near Utrecht
- Intermediate vocational education (MBO/HBO)
- You are readily available
- Knowledge of banking products/processes is an advantage
- You have a WFT Basic diploma or are willing to obtain this diploma
- Good understanding of the Dutch language
- Contribution to a good team atmosphere
- A pre-employment screening is part of the hiring process
